Defying the Storm
Blue Belt #7

 As your opponent steps forward
with his right foot attempting a roundhouse
club attack toward your head . . .
 
  Step forward with your right foot toward 11:00
buckling your opponent's right inner knee if
possible. Execute a left extended outward block
to the inside of your opponent's inner right wrist.
Execute a right hammering inward block to the opponent's right bicep. Your left hand should immmediately grab the opponent's right wrist.
 
  Hook your right hand behind your opponent's right shoulder or elbow. Push forward and upward with your left hand while pulling downward and backward against the opponent's shoulder to form a front arm-bar shoulder lock.  
  Slide your right foot back to 4:30 to form a left forward bow stance facing 10:30 while pulling your opponent over further.
  Execute a right upward knee strike to your opponent's shoulder joint, chest or head. After impact, release your opponent's right shoulder and begin circling your right arm counter-clockwise, overhead to . . .  
  Execute a right inward, downward hammering elbow strike to your opponent's spine as you plant your right foot down into a right neutral bow stance facing your opponent. Attempt to buckle you opponent's right knee out as you solidify your base.

Right front cross-over and double cover-out to safety.
