Circling Fans
3rd Degree Brown Belt #3

1. Step back with your left foot into
a right neutral bow stance as you
execute a right smother block
on top of your opponent's left
punching arm.

2. Draw your right foot back forming
a right cat stance as you execute
a left smother block on top
of your opponent's left
punching arm.

3. Execute a right front snapping
ball kick to your opponent's
groin or bladder region. Maintain
a check with your left hand.

4. Plant you right foot down into a
right neutral bow stance and
execute a right uppercut punch
to your opponent's chin. Maintain
a check with your left hand.

5. Cross your left foot in front of your
right foot forming a left front
twist stance while executing a left
vertical thrust punch to your
opponent's solar plexus or sternum.
Maintain a check with your right
at your waist level.

6. Execute a right front thrusting
knee strike to your opponent's
lower abdomen or groin. Maintain
checks with your left and right arms.

7. Plant your right foot down on the inside
of your opponent's right leg, buckling
his right knee outward. Maintain
checks with your left and right arms.

8. Execute a right upward snapping
forearm strike to the underside of
your opponent's chin.

9. Cross your right foot in front of your
left foot to gauge for distance.
Immediately execute a right
rear thrusting heel kick (back kick)
to your opponent's abdomen.
Execute a double cover out to 6:00.
