Against Hell
A. You need to know Christ
Certainly no intelligent person would want to go to
hell when they die. The Bible says in Romans 3:23 that all are
sinners in God's sight. The Bible says in Romans 6:23 for the
wages of sin is death in Hell. Wages means payment. It is
horrifying to think for the payment of our sins in this life will eternal
death in Hell. That is terrible wages.
The most wonderful offer in this life is that Jesus
has made it possible for us to have eternal life in Heaven. You say,
"That's for me. How do I receive eternal life in Heaven?"

First you must realize you are a sinner in the
need of a Saviour. Yes, you know you are a sinner don't
you?

The Bible says unless we repent we shall perish
in Hell. Luke 13:3. Repentance means the attitude
in your heart and mind of turning away from your way of living
and by faith turn to God.

As you turn to God, you must ask Him to forgive
you of your sins.

You must ask Christ to come into your innermost
being and take control as your Master.
Right now! Wherever you are, ask Christ to come
into your heart and settle this matter of eternal life before it is
too late.
Here is a guide to coming to God through Jesus Christ.
Pray this prayer right now and mean it.
"God ... I know I have sinned and I'm sorry
for my sins. I believe with all of my heart that your Son, Jesus
Christ, died for me. Lord Jesus, come into my heart. Take away
my sin and forgive me and help me to know that I have eternal life.
In good faith I turn from me sins and give up my life to your control.
Thank you for answering my prayer, in Jesus Name Amen.

Satan
A. You need to know God's Word
The Bible says the devil is like a roaring
lion seeking whom he may devour. I Peter 5:8. As a Christian,
Satan can't send you to Hell, but he will do everything in his power
to make you a weak Christian.
Satan does not want us to read God's
Word. Why? Our power comes from God's Word. The Bible
says faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. Romans
10:17. The Bible mentions in Psalms 119:11 "Thy Word have
I hid in my heart that I might not sin against God."
When Satan tempted Jesus in the wilderness,
Jesus quoted God's Word. Jesus said, "Man shall not live by bread
alone but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."
Matt. 4:4
We must resist Satan. In James
4:7 "Submit yourselves to God, resist the devil and he will flee
from you." Satan does not flee from you but from the power
of Christ living in you.
Do you want to be able to protect yourself
against Satan. Then you need to read God's Word daily, pray for
power, and allow Christ to control your life. Why? For greater
is He that is in you (Christ) than he that is in the world (Satan).
I John 4:4
Satan is powerful, but CHRIST is all
powerful. Who are you going to let control your life - Satan or
CHRIST?
