I began my martial arts career in 1963 in Covina,CA. with my brother. When I was about 6 years old We went with Mr Hebler to the internationals in long Beach, Ca. Since I was I was so small I got in to everything following my brother around who followed Mr Hebler around. That was one of the best days of my life. Mr Hebler was talking to Bruce Lee. And he looked right at me and tapped his fingers on my head and said ( Never Take Your Eyes Off Your Opponent ) I did not was my hair for weeks. Mom made me do it. I was lucky, I lived Just a mile or two from both of them. West Covina, Ca. and Glendora, Ca.
Three of my main masters were David Hebler and David German, and Bob Forrest.
I joined the army in 1977 In 1978 -1990 I was in the 2 nd Inf Div, Stationed in South Korea, On the DMZ Line. There I began studying ( Tae Kwon Do ) From master Kim. From there I went to the 82nd Airborne. Fort Bragg, NC.Where I taught kenpo.
